Terms of Use — Let's Shine

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Let's Shine, you accept these terms of use in their entirety. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Let's Shine is an AI-powered relationship improvement platform. The service includes:

Individual and group emotional coaching sessions with AI
24/7 chat with AI mediator
Questionnaires and relational pattern analysis
Guided exercises for communication improvement
Voice mode with AI (Premium plans)

3. Registration and User Account

To use the service you must register providing truthful and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
All activities carried out from your account
Immediately notifying any unauthorized use
Keeping your contact information up to date

4. Permitted and Prohibited Use

The following is expressly prohibited:

Using the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
Attempting to access other users' accounts
Reverse engineering or decompiling the software
Using the service to generate harmful, threatening, or harassing content
Sharing login credentials with third parties

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights over the platform, including software, design, logos, and content, belong to Let's Shine or its licensors. Users retain rights over content they generate within the platform.

6. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions

We offer different subscription plans (monthly and annual). When subscribing to a paid plan:

You agree to pay the fees corresponding to the chosen plan
All prices include VAT (21%) for customers in Spain
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled
You can cancel automatic renewal at any time from your dashboard or the Stripe billing portal
Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of the already-paid period
Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Important: No refunds are issued

Once payment for a subscription (monthly or annual) has been processed, no refunds or reimbursements, partial or total, will be issued under any circumstances.

Monthly subscriptions: Payment covers the full month. No refunds if you cancel before the month ends.
Annual subscriptions: Payment covers the full 12 months. No refunds if you cancel before the year ends.
Plan changes: If you switch to a lower plan, the change will take effect in the next billing cycle.

Reason: As a digital service with immediate access, once the user has access to the platform, the service is considered delivered. In accordance with Article 103(m) of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the user expressly waives the right of withdrawal.

Recommendation: We encourage you to try our free plan before subscribing to a paid plan to ensure the service meets your expectations.

8. Limitation of Liability

Let's Shine is a communication improvement and self-knowledge tool. It is NOT a clinical therapy service and does not replace a mental health professional. Let's Shine is not responsible for:

Personal decisions based on AI guidance
Specific results in personal relationships
Data loss due to causes beyond our control
Service interruptions due to maintenance or technical causes

9. Changes

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes will be notified at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after notification implies acceptance of the new terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals of Madrid, with express waiver of any other jurisdiction.
